I'm convinced one reason so many trees blow over here during the mansoon is emitter placement. Check the root system the next time you see a tree blow over.

Thanks for the post Aiyana.Bill Kisichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441009473523673529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7129459846508585755.post-4394757325318341502009-05-31T22:26:18.503-07:002009-05-31T22:26:18.503-07:00I'm glad to see the use of tree rings. These are used far too infrequently--probably to save money by the landscape contractors--but it is truly the best way to assure proper tree irrigation. This back yard looks like it's going to be really beautiful.
AiyanaAiyanahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04525758484165324330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7129459846508585755.post-31954057017854135032009-05-28T18:19:52.812-07:002009-05-28T18:19:52.812-07:00Ahh, but I love that last bench of the week post. ...Ahh, but I love that last bench of the week post. I'm not familiar with irrigation systems - the only place I have seen any is in Lanzarote.

PS Thanks for asking about my garden - it's fine - you may be amused by my current post on my gardening in an inch of soil!Phoenix C.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13852678924557075302noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7129459846508585755.post-39866452452198376312009-05-28T14:52:39.981-07:002009-05-28T14:52:39.981-07:00Hi Mo,

Things can look pretty rough while the job is in the middle somewhere.

The homeowners are currently learning how to kill bermuda grass. There aren't really any short cuts there.

Good to hear from you, Mo.Bill Kisichhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03441009473523673529noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7129459846508585755.post-40862287735590048782009-05-28T14:30:34.253-07:002009-05-28T14:30:34.253-07:00Excellent to see this!
